Thanksgiving in Dark Canyon, Utah

The last time I spent Thanksgiving in Dark Canyon, I was scratching arrows on the dirt hoping someone would find me or my carcass.  This time I had more company so I wasn't going to die alone.

Rabbi Hoffman, Ari and Batya Hoffman climbed up the canyon wall.

On Sunday, we started hiking toward the canyon wall at 7am.  We reached the top
of the canyon about 12:30.  Another 2 hours of hiking and we reached our vehicles.
